A little history about the Gingerbread Factory…
In 1988, the Gingerbread Factory opened its doors in a small Bavarian-style town in the Cascade Mountains of Washington. What a perfect setting to craft traditional gingerbread cookies and houses!

The store quickly gained a reputation for scrumptious cookies, desserts, and of course, gingerbread. Every fall, the Gingerbread Factory shifts into overdrive to create hundreds, even thousands of gingerbread houses and ships them all over the country to families, businesses and shops for the holiday season. Over the years, we’ve added a café/deli [see our menu] and a gingerbread gift store. Gift items change every year, but always include cookie jars, home décor, candles, baking necessities, and even puzzles, each complementing our basic theme—all things gingerbread.
