Gluten Free Cookies from the Gingerbread Factory are made with a gluten free flour mixture that includes tapioca flour, rice flour, potato flour, cornstarch, guar gum, xthanun gum, and locust bean gum. Baked to perfection – thick and sweet, crisp around the edges, with a soft and chewy middle.

Please be advised that our gluten free cookies are prepared in a bakery that uses flour containing gluten. We use every precaution to keep these cookies gluten free, but if your allergies are severe, please note that gluten is present in our bakery.
